Moms, our friend Katie from @6muttsChicago is selling Thanksgiving Day dinners for you to feed your dog at your own family Thanksgiving celebration.
Even more special to our heart is that she’s also selling dinners for shelter dogs. These pups aren’t with a family on Thanksgiving Day. They have no kids sneaking them turkey or their “gross” veggies under the table. No dropping appetizers to “clean up” off the floor. So we at Real Dog Moms of Chicago want to band together in a Barksgiving Challenge, because we believe together we can do more. For $25 we can send a pan of Barksgiving dinner to a shelter. This includes turkey breast, sweet potatoes, a vegetable medley and pumpkin spiced doggy scones. Each pan feeds approx 12-15 dogs.
We have teamed up with Jesse Naul of Calming Paws Canine Massage and we invite you to join our contest for a free one hour massage for your dog by telling us why you are thankful for them. Only seems fitting since November is the month we all focus on the things we are most thankful for, right?
